Our Process Tried and True
Select a Building Lot
It all starts with the perfect property/lot!
We are happy to help you with the selection and acquisition of your lot.
This process can get tricky and using a civil engineer is often the best way to ensure the lot works for the type and size of home to be constructed.
Develop Building Plans/Architectural Set
We work closely and have an “in house” architect to expedite
the process.
Develop a Contract and Specification around the Plan Design
We only build on a completion contract basis do not build on a cost plus. This allows us to be transparent and our customers know what they are getting in the build and the cost.
Obtain Permits
We handle all permitting and applications needed for any and all aspects of the build.
Develop a Schedule
We build a customized website and critical path schedule from start to finish for each build!
Start Construction
Permit is issued, and construction begins! Our build times are typically 9 Months to 1 year from issuance of permit.
Project viewer
We offer a unique site with schedule and photos to keep our clients up to date and informed throughout the entire process
Move in and Support
One the home is complete; we make sure our clients feel comfortable and at home.
We personally introduce our major trades at the Home Tutorial/Walkthrough to ensure good commutation and service throughout the warranty period and beyond!
