With Apex Homes assistance, we were able execute a land/boundary line exchange with an adjacent lot. The end result was a much more desirable and functional lot.

I would like to express how completely satisfied and proud of the lower level build out that Apex Homes recently completed in our home in Beacon Hill. From our first meeting to the completion of the project and in every phase, we found Scott to be very creative, professional and easy to deal with. We were impressed with the original design he presented, then he continued to offer useful and unique design features that other companies we interviewed had not even considered.
I must say we always looked forward to our meetings and discussions with Scott, because he is simply the best in dealing with customers. He was able to understand and address our concerns, often before we could articulate them.
On a few occasions, we anticipated some difficulties, but when we met with Scott, there was no problem. He quickly understood the issue and our concern and had numerous creative suggestions and options to deal with it. Often his suggestions included materials or fixtures that were not available locally, nor did we see anything like them during our internet research. We found his staff to be hard-working, polite and they always maintained the highest standards for quality and workmanship.
The workers left the site clean and secure every evening. Their pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail were quite evident. We set out to build a custom home on an estate lot in Creighton Farms and were introduced to a few highly rated builders. The level of finishing’s included in the Apex designs & contract are far superior to any other builders we interviewed. Apex was always transparent about the costs, so we were never surprised by any change orders.
